Founded in 1996, we are a family-owned Canadian company specializing in the design, manufacture and installation of lumber dry kiln control systems.

With over 30 years' experience working on lumber drying and on-site custom kilns, we apply deep technical expertise to deliver reliable, efficient, and repeatable kiln control solutions.
Our solutions have been deployed across more than 75 dry batch and continuous kilns in Eastern Canada and Southeastern US.

Fully automated zoned control system
SECOVAC's Multizone Control System is one of the most visual, flexible and sophisticated program in lumber drying technology. The fully automated control program uses the Temperature Drop Across the Load (TDAL) principle or the AccuStop™ data to provide actionable information during the entire drying process and to shut the kiln off when the lumber is dry.
EchoStop™
No contact moisture measurement system for continuous kilns
Launched in 2024, the EchoStop is the first no plate in-kiln moisture measurement system, ideal for continuous kilns. The EchoStop is a contactless system that integrates with practically any computerized continuous kiln controller, enabling the operator to optimize the drying schedules of their continuous kilns based on real-time moisture content data.
AccuStop™
Plate-based moisture measurement system for batch kilns
The AccuStop™ in-kiln moisture measurement system measures the moisture content of a large sample of lumber at various locations in the dry kiln during the drying process.​ It measures moisture content above and below fiber saturation point, in real-time, within 1% endpoint accuracy, enabling the development of more efficient and effective drying schedules.
